How long will my order take?

We have a production time of 4-6 weeks. This means that from the point of ordering, there will be a 4-6 week wait, plus shipping time. Shipping time will depend on which option you picked at checkout. Please be patient, we are a disabled owned business and doing our best to get through orders as quickly as possible!

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship internationally. If you have any issues while checking out, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of  our items, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue please get in touch and we will be happy to assist. See our returns and refunds policy for more details.

Are your vests adjustable?

All our vests come with fully adjustable straps. They can be shortened or lengthened to fit your pup, and also to grow with them too!

Can I have a picture of my order?

We are unable to provide pictures of orders during the making process. This is simply because, we don't have time! If we were to take pictures of all orders, our production time would increase by 25%. If you need a picture for a specific reason, please get in touch and we will see what we can do, but otherwise we ask that you just wait patiently to see it in person!

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we no longer have any control over where/how quickly your item moves. Especially with international postage, there are many things that can cause delays, and while we understand you are excited for your gear and frustrated about the delay, there is sadly nothing we can do! If your parcel has been delayed more than 14 days please get in touch; at this point, we are able to open a case with Royal Mail.

How long do you take to respond to messages?

We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours. Where possible, please check our FAQ's and shop policies to see if they answer your question before messaging, the more time we spend answering messages, the less time we have to sew! Please do not contact our personal accounts. There may be a rare occasion where we have to use them due to the business accounts playing up, but once the business account is working again we ask that you stick to messaging there. We won't respond any quicker! Please refrain from messaging multiple times. It means your message gets marked as spam and we wont see it. If your message is genuinely urgent, please start the message with "URGENT".
