Returns and refunds policy (updated 01/06/23)

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist. In the case that a return is agreed on, the customer must post the items back. We would recommend that all items are sent with tracked postage, as if we do not receive the items back we will be unable to issue the refund.

 

In the case of an item breaking, we are always more than happy to fix the issue at no cost.  However, we are not able to issue refunds (nor are we legally required to) unless in exceptional circumstances which we will review on a case by case basis. General wear and tear is normal, but bigger issues can be prevented by following the care instructions found here.

 

Item misuse: 

We are always happy to repair your gear, no matter the cause. We understand that accidents happen and as such we do not charge for repairs, even if it was not faulty to begin with. However, we are not able to offer any refunds in this circumstance. If an item breaks with no known cause and in unusual circumstances (for example if a zip failed multiple times) then we reserve the right to assume misuse and arrange for the item to be returned and a partial refund issued. The item will then be sold on, and any design rights you may have had will be forfeited. 

 

Order cancellations:

Our products are bespoke and made to order. This means that we are not legally required to allow cancellations. However, if you do change your mind about an order, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Our ability to do this will depend on the status of your order. If the fabric has not been ordered, you will be issued a full refund. If the fabric has been ordered but the items have not been started, you will be issued a partial refund (to accommodate for fabric purchases). If your order has been started, we may be able to advertise your items for sale. If the items sell, we will then issue a full refund. However, please be aware this may take a few weeks, and in some cases the item may not sell at all, in which case a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have previously cancelled.
